Users agree to use the Delsney website in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner consistent with legitimate business activities.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Business Inquiries and Communication
Inquiry Submission Does Not Create a Binding Agreement
Submitting an inquiry, quotation request, project description, artwork, sample photo, technical file, mascot image, or product idea through the Delsney website does not automatically create a binding agreement, partnership, agency relationship, manufacturing commitment, or purchase order between the user and Delsney.
All information exchanged during the inquiry and project evaluation stage, including price indications, MOQ suggestions, sample timing, production lead times, material recommendations, technical comments, packaging ideas, compliance suggestions, and shipping estimates, is provided for discussion and reference only.
Final terms related to pricing, specifications, quantities, payment, samples, production schedule, quality standards, packaging, testing, trade terms, delivery conditions, and after-sales responsibility must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
Delsney makes reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries professionally and accurately. However, availability, pricing, production capacity, material cost, testing cost, lead time, shipping cost, and delivery arrangements may change based on product complexity, order quantity, raw material availability, production schedule, destination market, compliance requirements, and other business factors.
Quotations, Samples and Orders
Pricing, Sampling and Bulk Production Confirmation
Quotations issued by Delsney are based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Pricing may be affected by product size, fabric type, filling material, embroidery density, printing method, accessory complexity, packaging type, order quantity, testing requirements, trade terms, exchange rates, raw material costs, freight conditions, and design revisions.
Delsney’s standard MOQ starts from 500 pcs, unless otherwise confirmed in writing for a specific product or project. Sample development for regular plush products usually takes 5–7 days, while complex plush products involving special craftsmanship, molded accessories, electronic parts, complex structures, or unusual materials usually take 7–15 days. These timelines are for reference and may change according to project complexity and file confirmation speed.
Delsney may provide free design support and free sample support for suitable custom plush projects depending on project type, order potential, complexity, and cooperation stage. Where sample fees, mold fees, tooling fees, testing fees, packaging development fees, or special material costs apply, such charges will be communicated before execution.
Delsney supports 2 free sample revisions for applicable custom plush projects. Additional revisions, major design changes, material changes, new mold development, new accessory development, or complete redesign may involve additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Bulk production will begin only after mutual written confirmation of specifications, price, order quantity, payment arrangement, approved sample, production standard, packaging method, and trade terms. Delsney is not obligated to start production until such confirmation and agreed payment conditions are completed.
Product Specifications and Client Approval
Approved Samples Become the Production Reference
For custom plush manufacturing, product specifications must be clearly confirmed before production. These specifications may include product size, fabric, color, filling, embroidery, printing, accessories, clothing, labels, hang tags, packaging, carton marks, testing requirements, target market, and delivery conditions.
Once a sample is approved by the client, the approved sample becomes the production reference for bulk manufacturing. Delsney will produce goods according to the approved sample and confirmed project information as closely as practical within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Because plush products are soft goods, minor differences may occur in shape, hand feel, fabric pile direction, stuffing volume, embroidery position, color appearance, measurement, or packaging appearance. Delsney applies quality control and 100% pre-shipment inspection to reduce inconsistencies, and finished plush products can reach up to 98% matching accuracy with approved design references based on Delsney’s production and inspection process.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, production details, packaging information, label content, compliance requirements, artwork, and final specifications before bulk production begins.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Respect for Client Designs, Brand Assets and Project Materials
All content displayed on the Delsney website, including text, images, graphics, icons, product descriptions, videos, website layout, technical explanations, factory introductions, and brand elements, belongs to Delsney or its authorized partners unless otherwise stated. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, translated, scraped, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Clients retain ownership of original designs, artwork, logos, trademarks, brand names, licensed characters, mascot files, sketches, technical documents, product specifications, packaging designs, private label materials, or proprietary information they submit to Delsney for project evaluation, quotation, sampling, or manufacturing.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, submission of project materials does not grant Delsney ownership, licensing rights, resale rights, or reuse rights beyond what is necessary to evaluate, quote, sample, manufacture, inspect, package, or deliver the requested custom plush products.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, character files, logos, trademarks, images, patterns, licensed designs, or product concepts submitted to Delsney are legally owned by the client or properly authorized for manufacturing use. Delsney is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by the client.
Confidentiality and Project Protection
Protecting OEM/ODM, IP, Mascot and Private Label Projects
Delsney treats business communications, quotation discussions, shared files, artwork, product concepts, technical specifications, sample references, packaging information, pricing discussions, and client project details as confidential business information.
Confidential information may include unreleased IP characters, licensed artwork, brand mascots, game characters, book characters, animation figures, private label packaging, retail launch plans, technical files, sample comments, target market information, order plans, sourcing strategies, and commercial discussions.
Such information is accessed only by authorized Delsney personnel directly involved in the project, including sales staff, R&D engineers, designers, sample makers, production managers, QC staff, packaging staff, and logistics coordinators when necessary.
Delsney does not disclose, reuse, sell, repurpose, or share client project information with unrelated third parties or other customers without explicit written consent.
Delsney can support NDA agreements for confidential custom plush projects involving licensed characters, unreleased IP, brand mascots, private label products, product launches, or sensitive commercial information. If an NDA is required before file sharing, clients should notify Delsney before submitting confidential materials.
Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities
Safety, Testing and Destination-Market Requirements
Delsney supports custom plush projects for international markets and can assist with testing-related coordination for requirements such as EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CE, and other applicable standards depending on product type, age group, materials, accessories, packaging, and destination market.
Delsney has experience with processes related to BSCI, Sedex, ISO9001, Disney Audit, and long-term cooperation with international names such as Disney, Jellycat, and Walmart. This experience helps support professional communication around factory review, quality control, documentation, product inspection, and export-market expectations.
However, clients are responsible for clearly communicating all applicable regulatory, testing, labeling, certification, import, platform, retailer, and market-specific requirements before sampling or production. Requirements may vary by country, age grade, product structure, material composition, packaging, and sales channel.
Delsney may assist with product testing, documentation, sample preparation, labeling discussion, and third-party laboratory coordination upon request. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final responsibility for determining and meeting compliance obligations in the destination market remains with the client.
Quality Control and Inspection
Inspection Before Shipment
Delsney conducts quality control throughout the custom plush manufacturing process and performs 100% pre-shipment inspection before goods leave the factory.
Inspection may include review of product appearance, shape, size, fabric condition, sewing quality, seam cleanliness, embroidery alignment, filling balance, accessory attachment, label placement, hang tag accuracy, packaging condition, carton quantity, carton marks, and comparison with approved samples.
Delsney’s 20+ QC staff, production teams, engineers, and factory managers work to reduce defects and maintain consistency across custom plush orders. However, clients should communicate specific inspection standards, AQL requirements, retailer requirements, packaging rules, or third-party inspection needs before production.
If clients require third-party inspection before shipment, the inspection arrangement, timing, cost, responsible party, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in writing.
Payment, Trade Terms and Delivery
Flexible Business Cooperation for Global Clients
Delsney supports multiple payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, T/T, third-party payment, Alibaba, Alipay, and Western Union, subject to project type, order amount, client region, transaction stage, and mutual agreement.
Delsney supports trade terms including EXW, FOB, DAP, and DDP, depending on client needs, order size, destination, and logistics arrangement. Shipping options may include express delivery, air freight, and sea freight.
Payment terms, deposit requirements, balance payment, sample fees, mold fees, freight charges, testing fees, packaging fees, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and delivery responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before execution.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Delsney is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, logistics provider delays, force majeure events, regulatory inspections, incorrect shipping information, delayed payment, late client approval, or changes in product specifications.
