Pricing, Sampling and Bulk Production Confirmation
Quotations issued by Delsney are based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Pricing may be affected by product size, fabric type, filling material, embroidery density, printing method, accessory complexity, packaging type, order quantity, testing requirements, trade terms, exchange rates, raw material costs, freight conditions, and design revisions.
Delsney’s standard MOQ starts from 500 pcs, unless otherwise confirmed in writing for a specific product or project. Sample development for regular plush products usually takes 5–7 days, while complex plush products involving special craftsmanship, molded accessories, electronic parts, complex structures, or unusual materials usually take 7–15 days. These timelines are for reference and may change according to project complexity and file confirmation speed.
Delsney may provide free design support and free sample support for suitable custom plush projects depending on project type, order potential, complexity, and cooperation stage. Where sample fees, mold fees, tooling fees, testing fees, packaging development fees, or special material costs apply, such charges will be communicated before execution.
Delsney supports 2 free sample revisions for applicable custom plush projects. Additional revisions, major design changes, material changes, new mold development, new accessory development, or complete redesign may involve additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Bulk production will begin only after mutual written confirmation of specifications, price, order quantity, payment arrangement, approved sample, production standard, packaging method, and trade terms. Delsney is not obligated to start production until such confirmation and agreed payment conditions are completed.
Product Specifications and Client Approval
Approved Samples Become the Production Reference
For custom plush manufacturing, product specifications must be clearly confirmed before production. These specifications may include product size, fabric, color, filling, embroidery, printing, accessories, clothing, labels, hang tags, packaging, carton marks, testing requirements, target market, and delivery conditions.
Once a sample is approved by the client, the approved sample becomes the production reference for bulk manufacturing. Delsney will produce goods according to the approved sample and confirmed project information as closely as practical within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Because plush products are soft goods, minor differences may occur in shape, hand feel, fabric pile direction, stuffing volume, embroidery position, color appearance, measurement, or packaging appearance. Delsney applies quality control and 100% pre-shipment inspection to reduce inconsistencies, and finished plush products can reach up to 98% matching accuracy with approved design references based on Delsney’s production and inspection process.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, production details, packaging information, label content, compliance requirements, artwork, and final specifications before bulk production begins.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Respect for Client Designs, Brand Assets and Project Materials

Confidentiality and Project Protection
Protecting OEM/ODM, IP, Mascot and Private Label Projects
Delsney treats business communications, quotation discussions, shared files, artwork, product concepts, technical specifications, sample references, packaging information, pricing discussions, and client project details as confidential business information.
Confidential information may include unreleased IP characters, licensed artwork, brand mascots, game characters, book characters, animation figures, private label packaging, retail launch plans, technical files, sample comments, target market information, order plans, sourcing strategies, and commercial discussions.
Such information is accessed only by authorized Delsney personnel directly involved in the project, including sales staff, R&D engineers, designers, sample makers, production managers, QC staff, packaging staff, and logistics coordinators when necessary.
Delsney does not disclose, reuse, sell, repurpose, or share client project information with unrelated third parties or other customers without explicit written consent.

Inspection may include review of product appearance, shape, size, fabric condition, sewing quality, seam cleanliness, embroidery alignment, filling balance, accessory attachment, label placement, hang tag accuracy, packaging condition, carton quantity, carton marks, and comparison with approved samples.
